Ciaran Walsh
Founder & Principal Partner
Ciaran Walsh
Ciaran is the founder & principal partner at OFM Solutions. Ciaran works at C level with a number of OFM clients, sitting at many of the Board tables providing
strategic financial advice as well as leading service delivery. Prior to founding OFM Solutions, Ciaran was European Financial Controller at Parthus Technologies, a NASDAQ & LSE listed semiconductor IP provider.
Ciaran has also worked internationally in Eastern Europe as CFO of a Swiss /
Russian operation in retailing, catering & wholesale employing 750 staff and
revenues of $50M. Thereafter, Ciaran moved to Switzerland for a number of
years and was International Controller to a number of businesses in Switzerland,
Austria and Russia.
Ciaran graduated from the University of Limerick with a degree in Business and
Finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants.

Nick
Nick is one of the principal partners in OFM Solutions, having joined Ciaran in 2002. Nick has over 25
years of experience working at CFO level in various technology companies. As well as providing
strategic advice, Nick leads the technical side of service delivery in OFM. In 2000, Nick moved from
UK to Ireland with his Irish wife to raise their new family, Nick became CFO of Dublin based Kadius
Systems a company providing content management services. In the UK, Nick had been group CFO of
Redcliffe Magtronics, a designer and manufacturer of electronic, magnetic and non-destructive
testing equipment, for customers in the UK, USA and Europe. Nick qualified as a Chartered
Accountant with KPMG (Bristol) in 1995 and holds a degree in Computer Science with Mathematics
from Bristol University.

Hi, my name is Magda and I'm qualified ACCA and Charted Tax Adviser. I came to Ireland from Poland in 2011 and I joined OFM Solutions in 2016.
Since then I've been working with several clients providing them with wide range of accounting services, including management accounts, statutory reporting, financial models, corporation and income tax returns, and ensuring they comply with revenue and CRO regulations.
In ACCA's exams I was placed 1st in Ireland and 7th in world in Corporation Reporting, 3rd in Ireland and 10th in world in Financial Management and 1st in Ireland and 9th in world in a Audit and Assurance.
My free time I like to spend on long walks with my family and enjoying their company.

Hi, My name is Enda. I am responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting,
reporting and budgeting for a portfolio of companies. Over 10 years experience providing
professional services across a broad range of finance areas including Transaction services,
Investment appraisal and acquisitions.
Away from finance, I am a keen follower of sport and like to travel.

Hi, My name is Gabi. I am a qualified and experienced accounting technician. I am also a qualified
payroll practitioner.
I have been with OFM Solutions for 3 years and enjoy my flexible work schedule which allows me
juggle my work / life balance. I work as an Accounting Assistant and Payroll Administrator. My main
client is an international business with complex multinational payroll needs, I need to be ‘switched
on’ at all times.

Hi, My name is Jenny.I have been with OFM Solutions for 20 years and work 3 days per week. I tend
to work with one main client who has been a long term client of OFM. I provide my client with a full
suite of accounting and financial management services, including payroll, accounting, cash
management, debtors control etc. I am fully integrated into their management and communication
systems.
In my spare time I enjoy Pilates, Yoga and walking and I am an avid reader.

Hi, My name is Johanne. My specialisation – ACCA member as a Qualified Accountant. My role is to
liaise with clients in relation to all of their accounting needs, including but not exclusively completing
periodic management accounts and statutory accounts, completing all required filings from a
company and tax perspective, and other financial advisory services such as financial planning.

I am working with OFM solutions after a long career break. I am very passionate about my work and
highly committed towards exceeding the client requirement. My structured and organized approach
towards my work increased my productivity and mastering the work. My job involves dealing with
clients including areas like managing the monthly accounts, payroll processing and complying with
statutory requirements. I am very delighted to be part of OFM solutions where I enjoy the team work.

lead the OFM service delivery to a number of key accounts. My main areas of specialisation are in
accounting operations, financial reporting, management of overseas entities and the full ranges of
client support services. To support me, I have a great team around me and am able to call on
external support and advisory also when needed.

I have worked with a wide range of clients over the years and have developed a good insight into all
aspects of accounting and financial management control of growing, vibrant technology companies.
I am a mom of three girls and enjoy painting with them or cooking in my spare time

completing monthly management accounts, completing year end audits, payroll and filing tax

gardening in my backyard.

accounting firm, finishing as an audit senior. I recently returned to the workforce in Ireland, where I
am now a second-year trainee accounting technician with AITI. I have been with OFM Solutions for 2
years and work as an Accounting Assistant and Payroll Administrator. In my spare time, I enjoy
creative arts.

Robin Robson (ACMA, ACG, CGMA) has over 30 years of experience at line accountant and financial
controller level in multinational corporations, wholesaling, services and consulting groups.
He has an in-depth knowledge of the specialist financial management requirements of SMEs and startup companies. His areas of expertise include Financial Strategy, Financial Modelling (incl delivering
courses to ICAI), Accounts preparation and interpretation, Company Secretarial and new systems
development, implementation and training.

Hi, my name is Tram. I graduated from the University of Economics in Vietnam. I had experience working as Client Service role, managing budgets and spending in a Japanese advertising agency for nearly 20 years.
After I moved to Ireland, I joined OFM with a new role. My main jobs include bookkeeping, payroll, and tax returns. I also report purchase orders, produce cashflow forecasts and monitor the progress of this throughout the year.
I have recently qualified as Accounting Technician. I love working with IT systems and advanced spreadsheet tools to support my reports.
I enjoy watching movies and travelling. That's a great way I can learn other cultures and keep me inspired.

My name is Aitziber, I am a former social worker who moved from Spain to Ireland 10 years ago. I completed an Administrative Assistant and Book Keeping Diploma with Distinction in 2014 in Dublin. I have 5 years of experience working in the finance industry for a multinational pharmaceutical company. During this time, I have gained experience in processing invoices and claim payments, as well as working as a Data Analyst for the Accounts Payable department.

My Name is Khalid, I am an Accounting Technician Apprentice at OFM Solutions. I have recently joined OFM solutions where I am a part of an exciting team. I am exposed to a variety of clients that need Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax compliance, financial management and financial reporting services which makes every day an opportunity to learn. Prior to this, I worked at Grant Thornton, where I gained valuable experience in the field of accounting and finance. My role included doing income tax returns.
